Refund & Returns Policy
At Sports Gym Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@sportsgymhub.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Used or assembled fitness equipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, model, or variation, please contact us. We’re happy to help, subject to stock availability.
