📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on the way.
🚚 Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): FREE on orders over $75 or $6.99 flat rate
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Rates calculated at checkout
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available in select areas; rates vary
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.
🚫 Shipping Limitations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders requiring expedited or overnight shipping.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S.
📩 Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@sportsgymhub.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
